You will experience remote village life and see temples older than Angkor Wat. As an added bonus you will mostly have those sites to yourself as they are seldom visited by other tourists.

  • Stop 1: Our School

Our tour begins with a ride to our school where you can see our charitable projects for underprivileged children and young adults, such as the english class and the sewing class. This is the place where your donation is going to.

    Stop 2: Local Market

After visiting our school we will show you around a local market where you will feel the buzzing atmosphere of the Cambodian countryside. Rubbing shoulders with the locals this is a one-of- a-kind experience for your sense of seeing, hearing and smelling.

Stop 3: Pagoda and remote village

We will visit a beautiful 150-year old pagoda before making our way to a place near a remote, peaceful village where we will walk around and get to know the lifestyle of its inhabitants. Its bamboos along the paths and a river separating the village into two parts make it a truly unique village

Stop 4: Prasat Prei Monti Temple

This temple is older than Angor Wat. Prasat Prei Monti is one of the obscure Angkor ruins within the Roluos group. It may have been the state temple of Jayavarman III or his successor Indravarman I , and is therefore one of the earliest pre-classical Angkor temple in Roluos.

    Stop 5: Lake

Our next step will be a remote lake where we will have a traditional lunch, surrounded by locals in a calm environment. It’s time to relax a bit in the comfortable hammocks and to enjoy the landscape

    Stop 6: Monastery

We will also stop at a pagoda, a rare site in Cambodia since most monasteries were destroyed by the Khmer Rouge.

During our tour we will also see the stunning rice fields, farmers during harvesting, water buffalos crossing our paths and children playing all together and enjoying their lives. All in all a great opportunity to get to know the Cambodian lifestyle.
