Kimsey has worked for OFF TRACK Accessories since its beginning. She is our production manager and coordinates the sales to the different shops all over Siem Reap. Taking over this responsibility and interacting with the retailers has made her more confident in her behavior and she shares her experiences with the rest of the team. She is proud of our products and wants the customers to know how much work and care the whole team put into their production.
Sayon lives with his mother and sister in a small village called Bhos Krolanh outside of the center of Siem Reap. Yang Hout is his older sister. He always has a big smile on his face and is the jokester in the team.

Saroeum lives in a village outside of Siem Reap with her mother, husband and child. After working as a builder, she started working for OFF TRACK Accessories one year ago. Being the quiet one in the group she works in a thorough and concentrated way, putting care in everything she does from cooking for the teams lunch breaks to doing the other girls hair and Make-Up before special events.
Hout got her training in sewing and tailoring at KKO and afterwards joined the OFF TRACK Accessories team. She loves to find creative solutions for new patterns and is an inspiration to the younger and less experienced team members, whom she helps out whenever they need it. Her quiet humming and singing fills the room with joy. She shows as much determination in the work process as she does in the games that we play after work.
Chanty lives with her husband and her three children on the countryside. Before she did the vocational training at KKO and eventually started working for OFF TRACK Accessories, she was a farmer. Her dream is to open her own shop one day where she wants to sell cakes and traditional Khmer dresses. She is a great teacher to the rest of the team and if there are any snake, spider or cockroach intruders she bravely gets rid of them for us.
