Our guides will lead you away from the main tourist streets to local villages and markets of the area. Enjoy a beautiful bike ride through paddy fields, get to know local farmers and learn more about the complex craft of mushroom farming.

1st Stop: Fish Farm
While making our way through paddy fields and small villages you will get a clear impression of the Cambodian countryside. Experience the local lifestyle, see houses on stilts and discover a traditional fish farm.
2nd Stop: Local Pagoda
Getting to know how people live in the agricultural, rural surrounding of Siem Reap you will next discover a local Pagoda. Experience the beauty of the building and learn more about the religion of Buddhism which is practiced by around 95 percent of Cambodians to this day. Discover different drawings and architectural structures and to know their importance for Buddhism and the people that worship at this temple.
3rd Stop: Lotus Farm
Our third stop will be at a lotus farm. Take a stroll over a floating bridge between beautiful pink and white lotus flowers. Find out about the special meaning of this pure and clean flower and its use in Cambodian cuisine
4th Stop: Phnom Krom
Finally, we head towards Phnom Krom, a hill located near the Tonle Sap Lake. Experience the local life around the hill near the great lake before making your way to its top where you can discover a pagoda and an ancient temple giving the area a mystical ambiance. The highlight of our tour, however, is the following sunset. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at this breathtaking and romantic scenery. Afterwards, we will take a Tuk Tuk back to our office in town.
(The way to the top of the hill depends on the season, it is free for non-cambodians after 5:30 pm. An Angkor ticket is required for access to the main attractions, in case the sunset is early. Alternatively we have an other location at the westside of the mountain to see the stunning sunset.)
